Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Shipments are sent via USPS. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location. For holidays or unavoidable delays, please allow additional time for USPS to fulfill routes.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Digital & Service Products The RemGuard™ Data Broker Removal Service is a digital service and does not require shipping. After purchase, you will receive instructions via email to submit your information through our secure form.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your shipment notification.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@remnantbrand.org within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and make it right.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Remnant Brand is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address
