Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel these purchase types.

📅 Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription-based product (e.g., RemGuard™), you authorize us to charge you annually in advance for the selected term.

  • Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date via:
    • The "Manage Subscription" link in your order confirmation email, or
    • Your Shopify customer account dashboard.
  • No Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable once the service begins. This includes RemGuard™ and any other subscription-based services.
  • Access: You retain full access to the service until the end of your current paid term, even after cancellation.

📦 Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to reserve an out-of-stock or upcoming product before it’s available in inventory.

  • Payment Options:
    • No payment at checkout (full payment collected at fulfillment)
    • Partial deposit (remaining balance charged at fulfillment)
    • Stored payment method (charged in full upon fulfillment)
  • Cancellation & Refunds:
    • You may cancel a pre-order at any time before fulfillment for a full refund (if a deposit was paid).
    • Once fulfilled, cancellations are not permitted, but you may request a refund or exchange under our Returns Policy.
  • Fulfillment: You’ll receive a notification when your item ships. If we cannot fulfill your pre-order, we’ll notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

🔄 Try Before You Buy

With try-before-you-buy, we authorize your payment method to reserve the item, but you’re only charged if you keep it.

  • Trial Period: You have a specified time period (disclosed at checkout) to evaluate the item.
  • Decision:
    • Return the item within the trial period → No charge applied.
    • Keep the item or fail to return it → Full amount charged automatically to your stored payment method.
  • Returns: Standard return shipping policies apply. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Note: The try-before-you-buy option does not apply to digital services like RemGuard™. Digital subscriptions are final upon purchase and subject to the subscription terms above.
