RemGuard™ manually submits data removal requests to 19 prominent US data brokers on your behalf:

These are the brokers where manual removal is most effective. While we cannot guarantee permanent removal (as data brokers may relist your information, refuse to comply, or change their verification requirements), we focus on initial removal and quarterly rechecks to help minimize your exposure.

How It Works

Purchase & Onboarding:
After purchasing, you’ll receive a private link to our secure form (included in your downloadable purchase document). Fill it out accurately with the personal data you want removed (names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc.). Each customer may submit the form only once to prevent system abuse.

Authorization:
Explicitly authorize RemGuard™ to act on your behalf via the form. This grants us permission to submit removal requests using your provided information.

Process Begins:
We’ll email or message you once we start processing your requests. If we discover additional information about you on a broker’s site, we’ll contact you to discuss further action.

Quarterly Rechecks:
We recheck all 19 brokers every 3 months and resubmit removal requests as needed using the data you provided.

Updates:
You’ll receive email or message updates throughout the process (e.g., confirmations of submissions, relisting alerts).

Data Handling & Privacy

Your privacy is our priority. Your data is stored securely from the forms you submit and retained only for the duration of your subscription to facilitate quarterly rechecks.

You may request data deletion at any time via written request.
All data will be automatically deleted 30 days after your subscription ends, unless legal authority requires retention.
Your data will never be sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than removal requests.
